Join us in making WEDGE 2025: The Australian Ceramics Triennale a wonderful and memorable experience for all involved! We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our team. Whether you’re a local, coming from across the country, or even if you’re not registering as a delegate, volunteering at WEDGE offers a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded people, build new friendships, and be part of something special.
 

There are a wide range of volunteering roles available before and during the conference, including:

• Pre-Conference Preparation

• Demonstration Assistants

• Registration & Help Desk Crew

• Gallery Guides

• Event Set-Up & Pack Down

• Workshop Support

We’ll work with you to find the role that best suits your availability, strengths, and interests.

Volunteer Benefits:

For work completed during the main volunteer period (30 September – 6 October 2025), you’ll receive:

• Free half-day registration for every 6 hours volunteered

• 1 free full-day registration for 2 full days volunteered

• Full free registration for 7 full days volunteered

We’ll also do our best to schedule your shifts so you can attend sessions or events you’re most excited about. As a volunteer, you'll have opportunities to meet artists, speakers, and presenters, adding to your overall WEDGE experience.
